Andrew Garn, photographer and Wild Bird Fund volunteer, will discuss the dynamics of pigeon flight, using his own stunning photographs as examples. The talk coincides with the release of his book, The New York Pigeon: Behind the Feathers (powerHouse Books). Signed books will be available for purchase. 100% of sales benefit the Wild Bird Fund. WBF director Rita McMahon contributed an essay to the book.
The book talk will be held at the WBF Center from 6 to 7 PM on Thursday, May 10, 2018.
